- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The employees are incredibly helpful, and the facility was very nicely kept, and very clean. When we arrived to rent our unit, the office managers were helpful and professional. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS OR AT LEAST 0 STARS! AWFUL PEOPLE AND DISASTROUS STORAGE! Not even sure where to start... Most UNFRIENDLY people! Both at the main call center and at their location. CRICKETS! EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN CRICKETS AND RAT DROPPINGS!! So many things were DAMAGED and they refused to cover anything (even though there is a mandatory damage coverage.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Won't use them for storage after they messed up a simple FedEx drop off. Package sat at their location over 5 days and they claimed I never dropped it off for FedEx pickup until it was "found" there on the 6th day by FedEx driver.
